Pittsburgh Elopement & Micro-Wedding Packages
Planning support designed for couples who want clarity without full-service planning
Planning a micro-wedding or elopement in Pittsburgh sounds simple… until you try to start.
Most couples who land here are stuck in the exact same place:
You don’t know where to get married
You’re unsure which wedding venues are micro-wedding venues
You’re not clear what vendors you even need yet
You can’t move forward because everything depends on the location
And until the venue is decided, everything else feels stuck.
That’s where these Pittsburgh elopement & micro-wedding packages come in.
I offer virtual, low-pressure microwedding planning support designed to help couples get unstuck, starting with the most important piece of the puzzle: the venue.
No sales call required.
No full-service planning commitment.
Just clear options that help you move forward confidently and on your own terms.
Who These Micro-Wedding & Elopement Packages Are Designed For
These Pittsburgh elopement & micro-wedding packages are intentionally designed for couples planning a short, meaningful celebration without the structure or scope of a traditional wedding day.
They are best suited for:
1–3 hour events
Up to 40 guests maximum
A simple ceremony followed by a meal
Celebrations may often be held at:
public parks
small event spaces
restaurants or private dining rooms
These services work especially well for couples who want something intimate, intentional, and streamlined, without a full reception timeline or production-heavy planning.
How this works

These services are designed for couples who are planning independently and want expert guidance without full planning or coordination.
Everything is done virtually
Most options require no meeting
You receive clear recommendations you can act on immediately
You stay in control of outreach, contracts, and coordination
If you want optional clarification or reassurance, support calls are available as add-ons.
*These services work best for couples with some flexibility in their date or timeline. Availability and options may be limited for very short notice or fixed-date events.

A Note About Church Ceremonies
Most of my micro-wedding work focuses on outdoor spaces, private venues, restaurants, and non-traditional locations.
If you are specifically looking for a church ceremony, please note:
Church sourcing often requires denomination-specific knowledge and direct outreach
Availability and requirements vary widely
This type of research is more involved and less predictable
For this reason:
Church sourcing is not included in the standard venue sourcing service
If a church is part of your vision, please mention this in your intake form
I’ll let you know whether an adjusted scope or referral makes more sense
The Process
-
1. Connect
After your purchase, I’ll send you an Intake Form that will help me get to know your needs and vision.
-
2. Receive
You’ll receive a curated list of venue/location recommendations and details that will help to bring your vision to life.
-
3. Select
You’ll select the best option for you! If you purchased vendor sourcing, you’ll receive curated vendor recommendations once the location has been secured.
-
4. implement
You’ll take over from there - reaching out to your selections to check availability and get booked. But know that I am here in case you ever want to add on additional support.
FAQs

These packages are ideal for couples planning a short, intentional micro-wedding with 40 guests or fewer.
They work best for:
1–3 hour events
A simple microwedding ceremony followed by a meal
Couples who want to plan independently but need help getting unstuck
Celebrations held at small venues, outdoor spaces, or restaurants
If your vision fits this structure, these services are designed to support you without overcomplicating the process.
-
These packages are not a fit if:
You want a traditional wedding reception with dancing
You’re planning an event longer than 3 hours
You’re looking for full-service planning or day-of coordination
If your celebration falls outside this scope, you may be better suited for a custom planning package. You’re welcome to explore my full planning services for events with a larger scale or longer timeline.

Elopements typically include you, your partner, and up to 10 guests. They focus primarily on the ceremony itself and are often very minimal in structure and logistics.
Micro-Weddings typically include up to 40 guests and may include a few elements of a larger wedding, just on a much smaller, more intentional scale.
Most elopements and micro-weddings I assist with consist of:
a short ceremony
followed by a meal (with or without hors d'oeuvres)
without dancing, extended timelines, or late-night events
-
No. These services are designed to be booked directly.
Optional clarification calls are available if you’d like additional guidance.
-
Virtual micro-wedding planning means that all guidance, research, and recommendations are provided remotely.
You receive clear, actionable information that helps you move forward with planning on your own, without ongoing coordination or in-person meetings.
This approach keeps the process flexible, efficient, and low-pressure.
-
Less stress - Fewer guests to invite and decisions to make means less stress for you!
Less time - Smaller weddings can often be planned more quickly.
Less money - Having a smaller, shorter wedding with fewer components helps to reduce costs.
More sustainable - Having fewer guests and amenities at your wedding can reduce the amount of waste produced.
-
Yes. While I don’t create or manage budgets or vendor negotiations through these services, venue sourcing includes general pricing context to help you understand what’s realistic within your micro wedding budget.
This allows you to make informed decisions before reaching out to venues or vendors directly.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to move forward.
You just need a starting point.
If the venue decision is holding everything else up, this is the simplest way to get unstuck and keep planning on your own terms.
